The Parent and Baby Coach has teamed up with Hub Pregnancy, to launch a FREE Baby and Pregnancy Fitness Event.
Whether you are planning on starting a family soon, pregnant, or a new mum, and looking for pre/post-natal advice and great fitness classes, join us for a FREE event and find out more about Hub Pregnancy and about Exercise during and after pregnancy.
We will tell you all about the most common injuries we see during and after pregnancy, and show you what the best exercises are to prevent them. The event will be a great opportunity to learn about the benefits of exercising during pregnancy, to both yours and your baby’s health.
We will cover topics such as how to best support your changing body by keeping fit and strong throughout your pregnancy, and how exercise can help you prepare your body for the physical challenges of childbirth and the 4th trimester! You will learn how to get in the best possible physical shape from early pregnancy and all the way through to your due date, as well as how to get back to exercise safely in the post-natal period.
Alongside this, you will also have chance to listen to some top tips on becoming parents, bringing baby into the world, feeding and sleep tips as well as having time to ask one of our experts questions!
Babies welcome, however the venue does have stairs so please bring baby carriers rather than prams where possible. We shall be offering healthy cakes refreshments throughout the session!
