This wonderful workshop focuses on getting your little one started on solid foods! Arrive at 12 with baby, for a delicious lunch and chat with other parent’s, followed by the workshop which starts at 12.30 and covers all areas of Baby Weaning including:
-When to start Weaning (when is baby ready/official guidelines)
-Spoon Led and Baby Led Approaches – benefits of both and discussion around which best meets your family
-Equipment lists (what to buy and what not to buy!)
– Cooking and storage of baby food
-Stage one, two and three – which foods to give when
-Allergies and choking
-Fussy eating – how to avoid and get the best out of meal times with your baby
-Live cooking demo’s of baby puree recipes and baby led finger foods!
Babies welcome – we have plenty of space for your baby to kick around, sleep or just join in with the class!
