This wonderful workshop is run by The Parent and Baby Coach, alongside the lovely Fran from Wyld Cookery School. It focuses on getting your little one started on solid foods! Arrive at 12 with baby, for a delicious lunch and chat with other parent’s, followed by the workshop which starts at 12.30 and covers all areas of Baby Weaning including:
-When to start Weaning (when is baby ready/official guidelines)
-Spoon Led and Baby Led Approaches – benefits of both and discussion around which best meets your family
-Equipment lists (what to buy and what not to buy!)
– Cooking and storage of baby food
-Stage one, two and three – which foods to give when
-Allergies and choking
-Fussy eating – how to avoid and get the best out of meal times with your baby
-Live cooking demo’s of baby puree recipes and baby led finger foods!
Babies welcome – we have plenty of space for your baby to kick around, sleep or just join in with the class!
