A two hour workshop focusing on all things baby sleep related including:
-Baby Sleep Cycles
-Creating Good Sleep Habits from Birth and beyond
-Science of Sleep – hormones
-Routines and their impact on Sleep
-Dropping Night feeds
-Problem Sleep Associations
-Fixing Sleep – How, When and What?
-Sleep Methods; Cry and No Cry for babies up to 18 months
The classes are kept small to allow for questions and to individually troubleshoot any problems. A Sleep plan is given out and devised by each parent, to take home and make successful sleep changes. Handouts given and Snacks and Drinks throughout the session.
