A two hour workshop focusing on all things baby sleep related including:
-Baby Sleep Cycles
-Creating Good Sleep Habits from Birth and beyond
-Science of Sleep – hormones
-Routines and their impact on Sleep
-Dropping Night feeds
-Problem Sleep Associations
-Fixing Sleep – How, When and What?
-Sleep Methods; Cry and No Cry for babies up to 18 months
The classes are kept small to allow for questions and to individually troubleshoot any problems. A Sleep plan is given out and devised by each parent, to take home and make successful sleep changes. Babies are welcome, we have plenty of room! Handouts given and Snacks and Drinks throughout the session. Please bring baby in a sling or car seat – there is limited buggy space so please contact Heidi to discuss!
